• Added provisions regarding "e-gift": We have added the terms and conditions for using "e-gift," which allows purchased items to be gifted to a third party (including deadlines for registering the delivery address, etc.).
• Added provisions regarding overseas services and overseas forwarding services: We have clarified the terms when using "Global-e" for overseas delivery, as well as the disclaimer and return rules when customers use overseas forwarding services themselves.
• Added and strengthened prohibited items: To ensure all customers can enjoy shopping fairly, we have explicitly stated prohibited acts such as the use of automated purchasing tools and robots, unauthorized access, and applications for multiple accounts on purpose.
• Detailed sales contract and return/exchange rules: We have made the descriptions more detailed regarding when a sales contract is concluded in your order (at the time of shipment of the product), cancellation fees if the product cannot be received, and the conditions for returns and exchanges in the case of initial defects or other contract nonconformity.
• Other: We have organized and clarified the disclaimer for damages, the terms of use for the Inquiry window (in principle, only by the本人/registered user), and other various provisions.

• Clarified the information collected and the purpose of use: We have specified in more detail the items of personal information collected by the site (including identifiers, etc.) and the purposes for which they are used.
• Added details regarding provision to third parties (including third parties overseas): We have clarified information provision to entities such as "Shopify Inc. (Canada/Singapore)," which forms the basis of the system, and "Meta Inc. • Added descriptions regarding disclosure requests and correction procedures, etc.: We have newly added items concerning requests for disclosure of personal information based on laws and regulations (including specified fees) and procedures for correction and suspension of use, etc.
